Reserving a Booth Jump to: Exposition Services and Logistics Trade show space is available for marketing products and services. Contact Battcon about availability, then complete the Exhibitor Registration and Exhibitor Guide forms. The trade show is on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Note that each person staffing a booth must be a registered Battcon attendee. "99% of attendees indicate the conference and trade show meet or exceed expectations." Limiting Commercialization To avoid commercialization, battery related companies may send no more than three conference participants. Outside the Trade Show, commercialization of any product or service is strictly prohibited. Attendees may, however, place company literature in designated areas at the Trade Show. Exposition Services and Logistics After registering for the trade show and receiving a booth location, you will receive an exhibitor package from GES Exposition Services. GES coordinates the logistics for delivery of your booth to the hotel. GES
