Battcon has been made aware that a number of individuals have been contacted by service providers who (a) offered to assist in securing hotel accommodations; (b) stated that because the official event hotel is overbooked, they will locate alternate hotel accommodations; or (c) stated that they are able to sell copies of the attendee list.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PROVIDERS DO NOT REPRESENT BATTCON NOR HAVE WE AUTHORIZED THEM OR ANYONE ELSE TO CONTACT ATTENDEES ON OUR BEHALF. YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO RESERVE A ROOM OR ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH THESE UNAUTHORIZED PROVIDERS.

All Battcon 2019 conference activities including sessions, expo and Welcome Reception will take place at Marriott Orlando World Center
Hotel Deadline: April 16th 5:00 pm
Standard Accommodations: $189 / night plus tax (approximately 12.5%, subject to change).
Group rate is subject to availability and is in effect three days prior and three days following our event.
Limited number of rooms are on hold. They will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
A limited number of Government Per Diem rated rooms are available to our group over the dates of 4/23, 4/24 and 4/25/2019. Federal, State, and local government employees, along with military, are eligible to receive this rate, and must have identification at check in to qualify for this rate. Anyone without the proper government issued ID will be moved to the group rate. All rates shown are subject to the appropriate state, local, and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of Group’s meeting. These taxes are currently 12.5% per room night occupied. Marriott Orlando World Center does not offer airport shuttle service. They partner with Mears Transportation. Please visit their website for the most up to date shuttle options. Uber service is available at Orlando airport.
PLEASE NOTE
For 2019, the conference fee does not include the hotel room as it has in the past. Attendees must make their own hotel arrangements. Battcon has a reserved block for rooms at the host hotel. The rooms are avalible on a first come, first serve basis. The current daily parking rate, for both overnight and days guests, is $22 plus tax.
