Battcon 2010 Registration

The 2010 registration fee of $1495 includes three days of presentations (papers, panels, workshops), the trade show, three nights hotel, two dinner receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and the proceedings. Optional activities for attendees and spouses, such as golf and the battery seminars, are extra. You may register on-line (preferred) or by mail. There is no on-site registration at the conference.

A limited number of hotel rooms are available for additional nights so you can take advantage of reduced air fares and participate in preconference activities. Extra room nights are $279 per night.

Battcon has room for only 450 attendees. Register early to ensure you get a room at the conference hotel. The conference runs Monday through Wednesday, with preconference activities on Sunday.

Upon receipt of registration, a hotel reservation is made. Changes must be made through Battcon. If you register with the hotel directly, you will be responsible for all charges.

Register by Mail or Fax

To register using a printed form, click the Register by Mail or Fax link and complete the form. You may register your spouse on the same form. To register more than one attendee, complete additional printed forms. Surface mail or fax the form to Battcon.

Spouse Registration

Registered spouses of attendees may attend all social functions and the trade show. The spouse registration fee of $300 includes breakfasts, lunches, receptions, and trade show, including meals at the trade show. Spouses may not attend any conference core sessions (presentation of papers, panel sessions, and workshops). This special offer is limited to one person.

Persons under 21 and nonregistered family members (children) may not attend or participate in any conference function.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, the registration fee less a processing fee of $60 will be refunded if a written request is received by December 30, 2009. If cancellation notice is received between December 31 and February 28, Battcon will process a 50% refund. After February 28, 2010 there will be no refunds.
