Battcon™ Registration 2014

The 2014 Battcon conference runs Monday to Wednesday, May 5 to 7, 2014 at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, Boca Raton, Florida. Preconference activities are on Sunday, May 4^th 2014.

The 2014 registration fee includes, hotel with three days of presentations (papers, panels, workshops), the trade show, two dinner receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and the proceedings. Optional activities for attendees and spouses, such as golf and the battery seminars, are extra. You may register on-line (preferred) or by mail. There is no on-site registration at the conference.

To register and pay online, click the Register Now! button. You may register your spouse on the same form. To register more than one attendee, complete additional on-line forms.

Upon receipt of registration, a hotel reservation is made. Changes to your hotel stay are not permitted at this late date. If you register with the hotel directly, you will be responsible for all charges.

Spouse Registration – Note: This option expires on 4/19/2014

Registered spouses of attendees may attend all social functions and the trade show. The spouse registration fee of $300 includes breakfasts, lunches, receptions, and trade show, including meals at the trade show. Spouses may not attend any conference core sessions (presentation of papers, panel sessions, and workshops). This special offer is limited to one person.

Persons under 21 and nonregistered family members (children) may not attend or participate in any conference function.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, the registration fee less a processing fee of $60 will be refunded if a written request is received by December 28, 2013. If cancellation notice is received between December 28 and February 28, Battcon will process a 50% refund. After February 28, 2014 there will be no refunds.
