Battcon 2008 Registration Register on-line or by mail for the Battcon conference. The registration fee of $1395 includes three days of presentations, the trade show, three nights hotel, two dinner receptions, breakfast and lunch, and the Proceedings book with CD. Optional activities for attendees and spouses, such as golf and the battery seminars, are extra. Battcon has room for only 450 attendees, so register early! There is no registration on-site in Marco Island. Sorry, extra hotel nights are sold out! We still have plenty of rooms for the conference nights, but extra nights (Saturday or Wednesday) are sold out. |

How to Register On-Line To register and pay online, click the Register Now! button. You may register your spouse on the same form. To register more than one attendee, complete additional on-line forms. On-site registration at the conference is not available. Upon receipt of registration, a hotel reservation is made. Changes must be made through Battcon. If you register with the hotel directly, you will be responsible for all charges. A credit card is required for on-line registration. How to Register by Mail or Fax To register using a printed form, click the Register by Mail or Fax link and complete the 2008 registration form. You may register your spouse on the same form. / Alber Spouse Registration Registered spouses of attendees may attend all social functions. The spouse registration fee of $300 includes breakfasts, lunches, receptions, and trade show, but not the technical sessions. This offer is limited to one person. Persons under 21 and nonregistered family members (children) may not attend or participate in any conference function. This year's conference runs Monday through Wednesday. Cancellation Policy If you must cancel, the registration fee less a processing fee of $60 will be refunded if a written request is received by December 30, 2007. If cancellation notice is received between December 31 and February 28, Battcon will process a 50% refund. After February 28, 2008 there will be no refunds.
